(WNY News Now) – A late-night crash at a Walgreens parking lot on Bay Street has prompted an investigation after four individuals abandoned a stolen vehicle and fled the scene, Rochester police said.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Police are searching for four individuals who fled from a stolen vehicle after it collided with another car in the Walgreens parking lot on Bay Street Saturday evening.
Rochester Police Department (RPD) officers responded to the scene around 8:30 p.m., where they discovered the abandoned vehicle involved in the crash. Upon investigation, authorities determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen prior to the incident.
According to police, all four occupants of the stolen vehicle fled before officers arrived. No injuries were reported in the crash, and authorities have not released any descriptions of the individuals involved.
No arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
