(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man faces legal action after being charged with forcible touching following an alleged incident involving a female employee at a Wegmans store.

The Town of Ellicott Police Department has charged Brian H. Donner, 65, of Jamestown, with forcible touching in connection with a harassment complaint filed on January 7, 2025.

According to the police, officers responded to an incident at the Wegmans store, where Donner is alleged to have touched the intimate parts of a female employee without her consent.

Donner was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to address the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
