(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man faces charges of aggravated harassment after allegedly threatening a Falconer school employee with physical violence.

Ellicott, N.Y. – The Town of Ellicott Police Department has announced the arrest of Jessy J. Gleason, 34, of Jamestown, on charges of aggravated harassment in the second degree.

According to the press release, police responded to a complaint involving threats made against a Falconer school employee. It is alleged that Gleason made a phone call to the employee, during which he threatened physical violence.

Authorities swiftly located Gleason and took him into custody. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Gleason is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to address the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
