(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Dayton man on criminal trespass charges following an investigation into an incident on Cabic Road.
Dayton, N.Y. – On Saturday, January 11, 2025, at approximately 8:50 a.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office responded to a trespassing complaint on Cabic Road in the Town of Dayton, New York.
Upon investigation, authorities determined that Andrew J. Woodarek, 31, had unlawfully entered a fenced property without permission. Following the investigation, Woodarek was arrested and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, a misdemeanor under New York State law.
Woodarek was processed at the scene and subsequently released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Dayton Court at a later date to address the charges.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
