(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash at 1:52 PM on January 15, 2025, on East Otto Springville Road in East Otto.
According to officials, a 2001 Chevy Tahoe driven by Dianna R. Ullman encountered a patch of black ice while traveling along the roadway. The slippery conditions caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle, resulting in a collision with a guide rail.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and no charges were filed in connection with the incident.
