(WNY News Now) – ELLICOTT, NY – A Jamestown woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Saturday night, according to the Town of Ellicott Police Department.
Authorities say Crystal L. Stein, 47, was taken into custody on February 2, 2025, at 10:10 p.m. after officers determined she was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Stein has been charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to respond to the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
