(WNY News Now) – FARMERSVILLE, N.Y. – Deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Farmersville man on Monday in connection with an investigation dating back to October 2024.
According to authorities, Joseph D. Chamberlain, 41, was taken into custody at approximately 11:30 a.m. on February 3, 2025, at a Church Street address. The arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred on October 24, 2024.
Chamberlain was processed without incident and issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Farmersville Local Criminal Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
