(WNY News Now) – POLAND, NY – A Falconer woman sustained injuries following a motor vehicle accident on Route 394 in the Town of Poland on Monday morning.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the scene at approximately 9:17 a.m. on February 10, 2025. Upon arrival, authorities located Amanda X. Wickstrom, 36, who had been involved in the crash.
An investigation determined that Wickstrom failed to properly navigate a curve, causing her vehicle to leave the roadway and overturn. Emergency medical personnel evaluated her at the scene before transporting her to UPMC Chautauqua for further treatment.
Wickstrom has been issued uniform traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Town of Poland Court at a later date.
