(WNY News Now) – RANDOLPH, NY – A Jamestown man was taken into custody on multiple bench warrants issued by Cattaraugus County Court, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrested Benjamin J. Sebzda, 39, on February 7, 2025, at approximately 2:25 p.m. after he came into contact with the Jamestown Police Department during an unrelated incident. A background check revealed that Sebzda had outstanding bench warrants.

Sheriff’s deputies transported Sebzda to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is being held pending further court proceedings.
