(WNY News Now) – NAPOLI, NY – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a Randolph woman in connection with a grand larceny investigation.
According to the Criminal Investigation Bureau, Kimberly S. Ashdown, 51, of Randolph, was taken into custody on February 10, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m. She has been charged with grand larceny in the second degree and endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the first degree.
Ashdown was arraigned in the Town of Randolph Court before Judge Greeley and was released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in Napoli Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
