(WNY News Now) – SALAMANCA, NY – A Salamanca man was arrested following a domestic incident reported on February 24, 2025, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested Jesse E. Martin, 41, on charges of assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. The charges stem from an incident that occurred the previous day at a residence on Sawmill Run Road in Salamanca.
Following his arrest, Martin was processed and released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Salamanca Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
