(WNY News Now) – MAYVILLE, N.Y. – A Mayville resident has been issued an appearance ticket following allegations of harassment.
According to authorities, Gregg Morrison, 47, was charged with second-degree harassment after allegedly engaging in repeated actions that alarmed or seriously annoyed another individual. The incident occurred on March 1, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m.
Morrison was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
