The City of Olean Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit and Street Crimes Unit arrested Theodore Coffie, also known as “Teddy Tickles,” at the intersection of Putnam Street and North 5th Street on an outstanding federal drug warrant.
During the arrest, investigators discovered a handgun and approximately 20 grams of crack cocaine in Coffie’s possession. He was subsequently turned over to federal agents on the existing warrant, while additional charges related to the firearm and drugs remain pending.
