(WNY News Now) – FALCONER, NY – A Sinclairville woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop early Sunday morning in Falconer.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Everett Street at approximately 1:28 a.m. on March 16, 2025. The driver, identified as 36-year-old Brittney H. White of Sinclairville, was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Further investigation also revealed that White’s vehicle had no or inadequate plate lamps. She was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1192.3 DWI) and No/Inadequate Plate Lamps (3752A4).
White is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
