(WNY News Now) – NORTH HARMONY, N.Y. — A Frewsburg man was arrested early Sunday morning after deputies found his vehicle parked in the roadway with the engine running.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a vehicle complaint on Panama Stedman Road in the Town of North Harmony at approximately 5:10 a.m. on Sunday, March 23, 2025. Upon arrival, they discovered a vehicle stopped on the road and identified the driver as 21-year-old Ethan M. Mccray of Frewsburg.
Following an investigation, Mccray was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (DWAI-Drugs) and No Stopping/Standing/Parking on Highway. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
