(WNY News Now) – SALAMANCA, NY – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Salamanca man on April 2 in connection to an assault incident from March.
According to authorities, Collin J. Maybee, 31, was taken into custody at 9 p.m. for Assault in the Third Degree. The charge stems from a past incident, though details regarding the case were not disclosed.
Maybee was transported to Little Valley Town Court, where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court later this month. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
