(WNY News Now) – CHAUTAUQUA, NY – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injuries on Thursday morning.
At approximately 9:16 AM on April 3, 2025, deputies responded to a crash on Stockton Hartfield Road in the Town of Chautauqua. Authorities determined that the vehicle was occupied by Thomas M. Badgley, 53, and Noel Luciano, 44, both of Jamestown, New York.
Emergency responders from the North Lake Fire Department transported both individuals to UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pennsylvania with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Accident Reconstruction Team is conducting an ongoing investigation. Assisting at the scene were the North Lake Fire Department, Chautauqua County EMS, Chautauqua County HAZMAT, and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
