(WNY News Now) – Jamestown Police arrested a 24-year-old man Saturday morning after responding to a report of an unwanted person at a business on the city’s northside.

On April 5, 2025, at approximately 8:45 a.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s first platoon responded to a report of an unwanted person at a business located on the city’s northside. Upon arrival, officers identified the individual as Justice McBride, a 24-year-old male.

During the investigation, officers discovered that McBride had multiple active felony arrest warrants issued by Jamestown City Court. The charges include one count of Burglary in the Second Degree (a felony), two counts of Petit Larceny, and a felony arrest warrant related to a domestic violence case.

McBride was taken into custody without incident at the scene. He is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
