Harvey of Ashville, continued until stopping near Jamestown High School.

Upon arrest, police discovered Harvey was in possession of Suboxone Sublingual Films, a controlled substance, without a valid prescription. As a result, Harvey was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Additional traffic violations include operating an unregistered vehicle, failure to comply with a lawful order, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, circumventing an interlock device, operating without insurance, passing a red signal, failing to stop at three stop signs, and unsafe lane changes.

Harvey was transported to Jamestown City Jail following the arrest but was later released on an appearance ticket in accordance with New York State’s Bail Reform. His case is set to be heard in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
