(WNY News Now) – John R. Roulo was arrested in Olean on April 14 for a probation violation and later released on his own recognizance after arraignment in Allegany Town Court.
OLEAN, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of 41-year-old John R. Roulo on April 14, 2025, for a probation violation.
Roulo, an Olean resident, was turned over to sheriff’s deputies by the Cattaraugus County Department of Probation. Deputies transported him to Allegany Town Court for arraignment.
At the conclusion of his court appearance, Roulo was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
