(WNY News Now) – Food Network’s Chef Levatino Harris to headline a one-night culinary celebration at Peek’n Peak, blending local flavor, top-shelf bourbon, and fine wine in an unforgettable evening.

Clymer, N.Y. – Peek’n Peak Resort will welcome Food Network Celebrity Chef Levatino Harris, best known for his appearances on Cutthroat Kitchen, for an exclusive Farm-to-Table Bourbon & Wine Dinner at Bistro 210 on Saturday, May 24. The ticketed event will feature a five-course meal crafted by Chef Harris, Bistro 210’s Chef Ryan Wilson, and the resort’s award-winning culinary team.

Each course will be paired with a signature bourbon cocktail or a fine wine, allowing guests to select their preferred pairing from a curated drink menu. Guests will enjoy a photo opportunity with Chef Levatino, live music by the Doug Phillips Duo, and a complimentary s’mores station. Tickets are $150 per person, and capacity is limited. The event will begin at 6:30 PM.

Earlier in the day, Peek’n Peak will host a “Kickoff to Summer” pool party from noon to 4 p.m. with DJ Campbell and a full bar, offering guests a chance to enjoy daytime fun and a gourmet dining experience.
