(WNY News Now) – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 25-year-old Olean resident on an active bench warrant issued by county court.
On May 2, 2025, at approximately 1:25 p.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andre Garcia, 25, of Olean, New York, on an active bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
Garcia was located on South 4th Street in the City of Olean and taken into custody without incident. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is currently being held pending a future court appearance.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
