Olean, N.Y. – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 35-year-old Tomiko K. Peterson of Bolivar, New York, in connection with an incident involving the endangerment of a vulnerable individual.

According to a press release from Sheriff Eric A. Butler, the incident occurred on May 5, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m. Investigators determined that Peterson knowingly acted in a way that was likely to harm the physical and mental well-being of a person who is unable to care for themselves due to a mental impairment.
