(WNY News Now) – A 51-year-old Little Valley resident is facing two counts of petit larceny after allegedly stealing items from BJ’s.
LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Frederick C. Galbreath II, 51, on two counts of petit larceny following a reported theft at BJ’s.
The arrest took place on May 13, 2025, at approximately 12:45 p.m. at 301 Court Street in Little Valley. According to authorities, Galbreath is accused of committing two separate thefts from BJ’s, though specific details about the stolen items were not released.
He was issued an appearance ticket for the charges and remains in custody at the Cattaraugus County Jail at this time. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
