(WNY News Now) – A 40-year-old Ellicott resident is facing multiple charges following a domestic incident investigated by Town of Ellicott Police.

On May 13, 2025, at approximately 9:45 a.m., Town of Ellicott Police responded to a domestic incident at a residence in Ellicott, resulting in the arrest of 40-year-old Dustin Reagan.

According to the police report, Reagan allegedly struck and forcefully threw a female victim to the ground multiple times, causing minor injuries. He is also accused of damaging the victim’s cellphone during the altercation.

Reagan was taken into custody and charged with Menacing in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, and Assault in the Third Degree. He was processed at the Ellicott Police Department and subsequently transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Reagan is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to respond to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
