(WNY News Now) – Two officers from the City of Olean Police Department are under investigation by New York State Police and have been suspended without pay.

OLEAN, NY – The New York State Police are conducting separate investigations involving two officers from the City of Olean Police Department.

Patrolman Jason Boon and Patrolman Jason DeYoe have been suspended without pay pending the outcome of these investigations. According to a statement from the Olean Mayor William Aiello, the department is not involved in either investigation.

No additional details about the nature of the investigations have been released at this time. The suspensions will remain in place until the investigations are concluded.
