(WNY News Now) – Town of Ellicott Police charged a Falconer resident with criminal trespass following an incident on school property.
The Town of Ellicott Police Department has charged 22-year-old Dwaine R. Pangborn of Falconer with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, following a reported incident at Fenner Elementary School on May 12, 2025.
According to authorities, Pangborn allegedly refused to leave the school property after being asked to do so. Following an investigation, police issued Pangborn an appearance ticket on June 4, 2025.
Pangborn is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to respond to the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
