Adam J. Sullivan taken into custody in Olean with assistance from city police
(WNY News Now) – OLEAN, NY — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old Olean man on Monday, June 30, 2025, after locating him in the City of Olean on an active felony bench warrant.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Adam J. Sullivan was apprehended at approximately 3:17 p.m. at 101 E. State Street with assistance from the Olean Police Department. The felony warrant had been issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
Following his arrest, Sullivan was transported directly to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is being held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
