(WNY News Now) – Jacob P.W. Hodgkin, 25, of Falconer, faces charges of child endangerment and harassment after a domestic incident at the Quality Inn parking lot on July 6, 2025.

Town of Ellicott police responded on July 6, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m. to a reported domestic dispute that occurred in the past tense at the Quality Inn parking lot. Authorities allege that Jacob P.W. Hodgkin shoved his girlfriend in front of children present at the scene.

Hodgkin, 25, was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Harassment in the Second Degree. Following the incident, he was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.

Hodgkin is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott court at a later date to respond to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
