(WNY News Now) – John W. Leamer, 75, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment following an alleged assault reported to Town of Ellicott Police on July 1, 2025.
Town of Ellicott Police responded to a harassment complaint on July 1, 2025, at 11:57 a.m. involving John W. Leamer, 75, a Jamestown resident. Authorities allege that Leamer shoved the victim to the ground during a past-tense incident.
Leamer was charged with second-degree harassment and issued an Appearance Ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer to the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
