(WNY News Now) – A 50-year-old Little Valley resident has been charged following a harassment incident on July 4, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of Debra A. Billingsley, 50, of Little Valley, in connection with an incident that occurred on the evening of July 4, 2025, around 8:20 p.m.

Deputies charged Billingsley with two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree. She was taken into custody without incident and processed at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Billingsley was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on July 23, 2025, to respond to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
