(WNY News Now) – A 23-year old Olean woman was arrested after a domestic dispute in Portville that involved physical altercation and property damage.
PORTVILLE, NY — On July 6, 2025, at approximately 1:59 p.m., the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident on South Main Street in Portville. Authorities reported that Adrienne E. Metcalf, 23, of Olean, was involved in a physical confrontation with the victim.
During the altercation, Metcalf allegedly attempted to damage property owned by the victim. As a result, she was arrested and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree, two counts of Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree, and Attempted Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.
Following her arraignment, Metcalf was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
