Michael D. Learn, 32, of Yorkshire, was arrested and remanded to jail after authorities located him at his residence late Sunday night.

(WNY News Now) – YORKSHIRE, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Yorkshire man on Sunday, July 6, following the execution of an active bench warrant.

Deputies responded to a Pioneer Lane address at approximately 11:44 p.m., where they located and took Michael D. Learn, 32, into custody without incident. The warrant had been issued by Cattaraugus County Court for an undisclosed matter.

Learn was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he was processed and held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
