(WNY News Now) – A 54-year-old Belfast man was arrested on July 22 for failing to comply with mandatory sex offender address and verification requirements.
FARMERSVILLE, NY — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of Riccardo D. Guilliano, 54, of 7651 Gleason Homestead Road in Belfast, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at approximately 10:59 a.m.
