(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself during a mid-day disturbance at a local business.

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – On Friday, July 25, 2025, at approximately 12:32 p.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department First Platoon responded to a report of a disorderly male at a business on the city’s north side.

Upon arrival, police interviewed a victim who reported that a man had exposed his buttocks during the incident. The suspect, identified as 40-year-old Richard C. Neal, a Jamestown resident, was taken into custody on a charge of public lewdness.

Neal was arraigned later that day in Jamestown City Court and subsequently released. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
