(WNY News Now) – Henri E. Wilcox, 40, of Randolph, NY, was arrested early Monday morning following a reported neighbor dispute involving a firearm, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

On July 28, 2025, at approximately 12:03 a.m., law enforcement officers responded to a report of a neighbor dispute at a Center Street address in Randolph, New York. Henri E. Wilcox, 40, was taken into custody without incident at his residence.

Wilcox was charged with Menacing in the Second Degree related to the involvement of a weapon during the dispute. Following his arrest, he was processed and subsequently released with an appearance ticket, requiring him to appear in court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
