(WNY News Now) – Sandra L. Sherlock, 45, of Little Valley, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after a traffic stop linked her to a theft at Crosby’s Gas Station in Randolph earlier this month, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.

On July 28, 2025, deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle connected to a reported larceny. During the stop, Sandra L. Sherlock was taken into custody in relation to an alleged theft that occurred on July 16, 2025.

Sherlock is accused of stealing merchandise from Crosby’s Gas Station located in Randolph. Following her arrest, she was charged with petit larceny. She was processed and subsequently released with an appearance ticket, with further court proceedings pending. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
