(WNY News Now) – A 25-year-old Yorkshire resident was arrested on July 28 following a reported domestic dispute.
YORKSHIRE, NY — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Ryan N. Cremen, 25, of Yorkshire, in connection with a reported physical domestic incident that occurred on July 28, 2025.
Following an investigation, Cremen was charged with harassment in the second degree. Authorities responded to a call regarding the domestic incident and took Cremen into custody shortly thereafter.
He was arraigned in Yorkshire Town Court, where he was released pending further legal proceedings. Cremen is scheduled to return to court at a later date to face the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
