Victor Netzel, 47, arrested by Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies at Swan Street residence.
(WNY News Now) – SALAMANCA, NY — A Salamanca man was taken into custody on the evening of July 30 following the execution of a probation violation warrant, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested Victor E. Netzel, 47, at approximately 8:32 p.m. after locating him at a residence on Swan Street in the City of Salamanca. Authorities confirmed that Netzel was wanted on an active warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Probation for violating terms of his probation.
Following his arrest, Netzel was transported directly to the Cattaraugus County Jail. He is currently being held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
