Jamestown police cite 37-year-old for allowing minor out past curfew
(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Falconer woman has been charged with a curfew violation after Jamestown police responded to a report of suspicious juveniles on the city’s north side in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 9.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers from the Third Platoon were dispatched at approximately 1:15 a.m. to a residence in the north side area for a report of a group of juveniles on the property. During the investigation, police determined that 37-year-old Natashia L. Tuttle, of Falconer, had allowed a 14-year-old minor in her custody to be out without an adult present, in violation of the Jamestown City Code governing curfew hours.
Tuttle was issued an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court, where she will answer to the charge at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
