(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – A Jamestown woman was arrested Tuesday morning following a reported domestic incident on the city’s south side.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers from the First Platoon responded to a residence around 10:30 a.m. on August 19, 2025, after receiving reports of a physical altercation. Upon arrival, officers identified 21-year-old Jamestown resident Elizabeth T. Abram as the suspect.
Investigators determined that Abram was allegedly involved in a physical confrontation with a victim in the presence of a child. She was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
Abram has been charged with Harassment in the Second Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
