Cattaraugus County deputies arrested a 27-year-old Cold Spring man after responding to a domestic incident at his residence.
(WNY News Now) – COLD SPRING, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Dakota L. Wilson, 27, of Cold Spring, following a domestic incident on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
Deputies responded to Wilson’s residence on Lebanon Road around 12:00 p.m. after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. Following an investigation, Wilson was taken into custody and processed without further incident, according to Sheriff Eric A. Butler.
Wilson was arraigned in the Town of Napoli Court and released with instructions to return to the Town of Cold Spring Court at a later date for further proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
