(WNY News Now) – SALAMANCA, N.Y. – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Salamanca man following an investigation into a domestic disturbance on Center Road.
On Saturday, September 6, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., deputies responded to the incident and arrested Thomas P. Williams, 33, of Salamanca. Williams was charged with harassment in the second degree, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and menacing in the third degree.
Following his arrest, Williams was transported to the Town of Salamanca Court for arraignment. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
