(WNY News Now) – New Albion, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Williamsport, Pennsylvania woman was arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Sunday evening.

On September 21, 2025, at approximately 6:18 p.m., deputies responded to a crash on Route 353 at 42nd Street in the Town of New Albion. During the investigation, Ada G. Carr, 33, was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs along with other traffic violations.

Carr was processed at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and released with tickets pending further legal proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
