(WNY News Now) – RANDOLPH, NY – A 27-year-old Randolph resident was arrested early Thursday morning following a traffic stop on Main Street that led to several vehicle and license-related charges.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped a vehicle operated by Riley Priest at approximately 4:02 a.m. on September 25, 2025. The investigation determined that Priest was driving with an aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree. Deputies also found the vehicle had no valid insurance, no registration, improper plates, and an expired inspection.
Priest was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Randolph Court to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
