(WNY News Now) – Town of Ellicott Police have charged a Falconer man after he allegedly returned to school property multiple times despite being told to leave.

ELLICOTT, N.Y. — The Town of Ellicott Police Department has charged Jordan A. Hargrove, 28, of Falconer, with trespass following an incident at Fenner Elementary School on September 26, 2025, around 5:10 p.m.

According to police, officers responded to reports of a trespassing incident where it is alleged that Hargrove had been on school grounds on multiple occasions after being previously asked to leave.

Following the investigation, Hargrove was charged with trespass and issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
