(WNY News Now) – A 21-year-old Westfield woman has been charged with harassment following a reported domestic dispute Friday night on Backman Avenue.

WESTFIELD, N.Y. — Officers responded to a residence on Backman Avenue in Westfield at approximately 9:10 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025, after receiving a report of a domestic dispute.

According to investigators, the incident involved Hannah R. Emery, 21, of Westfield, who allegedly subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact during the altercation.

Following the investigation, Emery was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. She was released at the scene with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Westfield Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
