(WNY News Now) – ALLEGANY, N.Y. — A 22-year-old Allegany woman has been charged after repeatedly entering a Walmart store from which she had been previously banned, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Eric A. Butler reported that deputies responded to Walmart on Plaza Drive in Allegany on the morning of October 14, 2025, around 8:35 a.m., for a trespassing complaint. Following an investigation, it was determined that Jordyn R. Sage, 22, had entered the store on multiple occasions over the past several months despite being prohibited from the property.
Sage was arrested and charged with six counts of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree. She was later released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
