(WNY News Now) – Deputies say a Fredonia couple were arrested following a reported altercation that occurred in the presence of minor children in the Town of Pomfret.
POMFRET, N.Y. — On November 1, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the Town of Pomfret for a report of a past tense altercation.
Following an investigation, deputies determined that Jeremy J. Glasier, 41, and Ashley M. Glasier, 38, both of Fredonia, were allegedly involved in a physical altercation with each other while children were present.
As a result, both individuals were charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from the alleged exposure of minors to the domestic dispute.
Jeremy and Ashley Glasier are scheduled to appear in Town of Pomfret Court at a later date to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
