(WNY News Now) – Jamestown Police are investigating after two people were found deceased inside a vehicle at UPMC Chautauqua Campus on Wednesday afternoon.

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — The Jamestown Police Department is investigating the deaths of two individuals who were found unresponsive inside a vehicle at UPMC Chautauqua Campus on July 22.

According to police, officers responded to the hospital, located at 207 Foote Ave., at approximately 2:10 p.m. after receiving a report of two unresponsive people in a vehicle.

Following an initial investigation, officers determined that both individuals were deceased.

Police stated there are no signs of foul play, and investigators do not believe the incident poses any threat to the public.

The identities of the deceased have not been released pending notification of family members. The cause and manner of death have not yet been announced.

The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information will be released as it becomes available.

  1. Did I hear that right….:No signs of foul play”. These two people just happened to peacefully expire sitting in the same vehicle simultaneously….what a coincidence….
